The journal operates as a fully open access publication. All published articles are freely and permanently available online immediately upon publication without subscription, registration, or payment requirements.

All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution ShareAlike 4.0 (CC BY 4.0) licence. This licence permits reading, downloading, copying, distributing, printing, searching, linking, and reuse of the content for lawful purposes, provided appropriate credit is given to the original authors and source, and any adapted material is shared under the same licence terms. The journal does not charge readers for access to published content.

The journal ensures long term accessibility of published content through recognised digital preservation and archiving systems integrated within the journal publishing platform. Authors may deposit approved versions in repositories with a citation to the published version. Authors are permitted to deposit submitted versions, accepted manuscripts, and published versions in institutional or subject repositories. Long-term preservation is ensured through PKP/OJS archiving infrastructure, including PKP PN or LOCKSS, where available.
